Melissa Yeomans

Senior Regional Programs Manager

Melissa Yeomans serves as a Senior Regional Programs Manager, advising sidewalk advocacy teams in the central region of United States. Melissa has served in the pro-life movement in many capacities, challenging herself and others to cultivate a culture of life and let love blossom.

After prayerful consideration of the impact of abortion, Melissa began her pro-life journey working for a pregnancy resource center and as a participant in 40 Days for Life. While in prayer on the sidewalk, she discovered Sidewalk Advocates for Life. She has been blessed to serve as a Sidewalk Advocate in Grand Rapids, MI, and co-leading her local team. In addition to her extensive volunteer service, she has also worked in a variety of professional caregiving roles with the young and through the end of life.

Melissa and her husband have been blessed with five children, who are the treasure of her life. She also enjoys spending time in nature with family, writing for children, photography, film, and creative expression, including authoring and producing a pro-life short film, book and blogs.

Babies saved:

A baby is recorded as a “save” when a pregnant woman accepts our offer of help at the local pregnancy resource center (PRC), verbally shares that she has chosen life, or gives us very clear signs that she has chosen life.
