Dear Friend of Life:
On May 25th, we’re all Irish.
It’s currently 9:30 pm in Ireland as I type this, and we are on the brink of the most important vote Ireland has ever seen in its entire history.
The people of Ireland will soon vote on a referendum to defend or abolish their 8th Amendment that protects the lives of unborn children, and by extension, their mothers.
People of faith and conscience in Ireland have been furiously campaigning across the Emerald Isle to save the country from the effects of legalized abortion. As they do so, they work against the pro-abortion “Yes on 8” campaign, funded by billions of dollars that have poured in from liberal billionaires like George Soros, the abortion industry around the globe, and so many more dark forces.
Will you pause with me right now, and pray (and consider fasting in some way over the next 24 hours) for the Irish people: That their hearts might be moved to #Savethe8th and save prospectively millions of Irish lives in the years to come?

God of Life,
You have conquered death
Through the death and Resurrection
Of your Son, Jesus Christ,
And you have made us the People of Life.
You have blessed the great land of Ireland
With the beauty of the Catholic Faith
And with the commitment to defend
The lives of the most defenseless children.
Lord, we ask you today
To protect that commitment.
Keep the people of Ireland safe
From the destructive power of abortion.
Preserve them from the lie
That abortion is ever a benefit to anyone.
Protect the 8th Amendment
From those who want to remove it.
Send the Holy Spirit
And bring Ireland a New Pentecost,
That just as the Holy Spirit is our Advocate
So we may always be advocates
For the weakest among us,
The children yet unborn.
We pray through Christ our Lord. Amen.
Jesus, we give you Ireland!
