Dear Friend of Life:
What amazing news to end 2018: Our 14th abortion facility has CLOSED! Just before the clock struck 2019, our wonderful team of Sidewalk Advocates in San Antonio, TX, received the best Christmas present ever: News that prayer and peaceful outreach in the battle for LIFE had won again, and one of their abortion facilities was shutting its doors for good!
Led by Susan and Kellie, the team had been working diligently this year to build 100% coverage at not just one, but all three abortion centers in San Antonio. Their plan was simple: Utilize proven sidewalk advocacy strategies to encourage women to check out the mobile ultrasound unit (on site whenever possible), and ensure a smooth hand off to Eddie and his team at “A Woman’s Haven” pregnancy resource center for life-affirming care, tailored to her needs.
In the midst of simply loving and helping each mother-in-crisis before them, they were rewarded with the news that Whole Woman’s Health in San Antonio was closing for good at the end of the year!

Here’s what co-leader, Susan, had to say when we rejoiced with them and noted what ‘rockstars’ they are…
“We are not THE rockstars! We have a team of rockstars, and of course, only with God was this possible at all! Thank you, Sidewalk Advocates for Life, for all that you do to empower all of us on the sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic. It is with your encouragement, example and training that we are all brave and knowledgeable to combat the evil present there. It truly is a spiritual battle, but not only that, it is a physical, mental and emotional challenge. …But so worth it. On to the next one! (Truly,) the MOST underserved area where a woman is experiencing a crisis pregnancy is at the sidewalk in front of an abortion clinic. Praise God for the gift of being called to (this team) and to …be a spectator witnessing daily miracles.”
