Dear Friend of Life,
Is God calling YOU to start a Sidewalk Advocacy program in your community?
Perhaps YOU are the one the Lord is prompting to bring a peaceful, prayerful method of Sidewalk Advocacy to your local community this Winter! SAVE-THE-DATE because applications will be open November 1-30!
What does Sidewalk Advocates for Life have to offer you and your local community?
Please see our promotional video that tells the story of why Sidewalk Advocates for Life has decided to offer this new Sidewalk Advocacy program internationally!

Feel free to share these videos with everyone you know!
Still have questions? No problem!
Our advice is to FIRST start with prayer. What is the Lord calling you to do? Are we in need of a peaceful, prayerful, law-abiding Sidewalk Advocacy training …as well as tools and support to sustain a local program? (Note: The wonderful thing about our program is that we not only TRAIN you, but we give you flyer templates, bulletin announcements, promotional videos, more training primers …and so much more! We give you everything you need to be successful and make it easy for you!) We have everyone from the very experienced sidewalk counselor who just wants more training and support all the way down to those who are trying this for the first time!
SECOND, wherever you find yourself, we encourage you to gather more information. Feel free to learn more at www.sidewalkadvocates.org! (And be sure to read our FAQs, too!)
In the meantime, if you have any questions about our program, please message us atinfo@sidewalkadvocates.org!
Again, just a reminder that applications to bring Sidewalk Advocacy through Sidewalk Advocates for Life to your town or city will be open from November 1-30!
It is our prayer that no abortion facility in America and beyond goes without peaceful, loving, well-trained sidewalk counselors.
Friends, thank you for supporting us in this work to save lives, transform hearts and end abortion through the grace of God!
Our co-leaders in Albuquerque, NM, Jude & Elisa, traveled to Las Cruces, NM this past weekend to meet up with Martha and her crew of prayer warriors for a Sidewalk Advocacy training!
Unfortunately, New Mexico has become an attractive ground for big abortion due to its current lack of pro-life, pro-woman restrictions on abortion.
As National Right to Life reports: “Texas’ Pro-Life law, HB 2, hurts abortion businesses by holding them to a standard of care for women that happens to cost them more money and effort than they have historically been willing to shell out on behalf of women. …Ironically, given the name, Whole Woman’s Health is bent on preserving its bottom line rather than protecting women’s health in Texas. Rather than comply with the pro-woman provisions of HB 2, Whole Woman’s Health is on the move out-of-state to skirt these financially burdensome requirements. With an abortion mill in Las Cruces, Whole Woman’s Health will be able to continue to financially profit off desperate pregnant mothers from El Paso without being required to service those Texas women in the way that Texas law currently requires.” (Source:http://www.
Thankfully, God’s people are already on the move, preparing to meet women at the new abortion facility in Las Cruces and offer them loving alternatives to abortion!
We believe that with God all things are possible — including ending big abortion in New Mexico! In short, we look forward to seeing beautiful fruit from the efforts of those throughout New Mexico!
WEEKLY DEVOTIONAL (OCTOBER 19-25, 2014): “A GIFT FOR EVERYONE”
by Lauren Muzyka, Executive Director, Sidewalk Advocates for Life
Verse(s): “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of the great love He had for us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, brought us to life with Christ (by grace you have been saved), raised us up with him, and seated us with him in the heavens in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not from you: it is the gift of God; it is not from works, so no one may boast. For we are his handiwork, created in Christ Jesus for good works that God has prepared in advance, that we should live in them.” — Eph 2:4-10
Reflection: We are so blessed. Those of us who know the truth about grace and the beauty of human life are blessed to behold and understand these things. And some who understand this want to be the arbiter of God’s grace, saying who is worthy and who is not worthy of forgiveness and understanding.
Recently, a friend of mine posted a picture of a man with an angry pro-abortion poster at the annual Australian March for the Babies; the poster said: “The only good baby is a dead baby.” Clearly evil, clearly misled at best. But then came comments from some “pro-life” individuals after the post — many joking that he should’ve been aborted, some saying that he was trash and someone should kill him.
Needless to say, any pro-life individual should be appalled at such a response. In truth, the most pro-life response we can have is to pray for his hardened heart and his conversion, knowing that prayer has produced some of the greatest conversions that we have ever seen! One only needs to remember the stories of former abortion workers such as Abby Johnson, Carol Everett, Bernard Nathanson, Catherine Adair, Jewels Green, Ramona Trevino …and so many more!
Faith Challenge: Let us be careful to remember that God loves a good conversion story — and we are not the ones to decide who is more worthy of receiving the message than another. Let us, instead, pray for all those in the pro-abortion movement who are misled and in need of God’s saving grace just as we are.
