Letter from Our President & CEO:
Dear Friends,
We need your help.
The harsh reality is that right now, there are 475 abortion and abortion-referral facilities across the nation where women are entering without a Sidewalk Advocate present to offer them hope and show them a different path. With abortion tourism surging, women in crisis are being funneled across states lines, often walking into abortion facilities completely alone, without support, guidance, or the truth about their options.
The Body of Christ NEEDS to be there, but we can’t do it without your help.
Your support enables us to build, train and equip teams who can create pivotal relationships in communities where abortion rates are highest, establishing a life-saving presence at these critical locations. By helping us cover these underserved areas, you are ensuring that every woman, no matter where she is, has someone advocating for her and her child.
The power of a “Yes” …
A shining example of how one “Yes” can inspire a bold “first” in a community recently unfolded in Wichita, Kansas. Ellen, a trained nurse and Sidewalk Advocate, agreed to fill the first-ever staff position at a local diocese dedicated to sidewalk outreach.
She saw and responded to a critical need in her community amidst the misinformation following Roe’s overturn:
“People just don’t know the truth about abortion – especially what’s going on here in Wichita. People don’t know how bad things are.”
Ellen began as a volunteer for a local pregnancy resource center and felt called to the sidewalk. She explained,
“[W]e have to be able to meet these women where they’re at. And we know they’re going into these clinics. I just couldn’t ignore it anymore. I had this tug on my heart, so I applied and said, ‘OK, God. I’ll do whatever you want me to do.’”
Ellen now leads a team of 10 volunteer Advocates outside three abortion facilities, but with a fourth about to open, she desperately needs more help to cover the 120+ hours these abortion facilities are operating. With your “Yes,” we can support more leaders like Ellen to launch life-saving programs and ultimately liberate their communities from abortion.
We are so grateful for the previous “yes” of our incredible supporters that has paved the way for over 280 teams across the U.S. to help:
- save 22,840 women and babies from abortion and
- guide 99 abortion workers out of the industry, and
- witness the closure of 57 abortion facilities — including one in Atlanta just last week!
Our work, together, is not over …
Right now, there are women in desperate need of support, counting on us to be there. We urgently need your help to continue our full-time support of current locations and to launch more trained teams to courageously stand in the gap between life and death. We humbly invite you to say “YES” — YES to saving lives. YES to offering hope. YES to ensuring that no woman stands alone at this critical moment.
Your support — whether as a volunteer, donor, or pray partner — ensures that we will be on the front lines to help women who are suffering, children who are dying, and families who are being destroyed by abortion. Please, don’t wait. The stakes have never been higher in post-Roe America, and the time has never been more urgent. Visit sidewalkadvocates.org/getinvolved TODAY to learn how you can give your YES!
Thank you for your generosity and commitment to our shared mission to save lives and end abortion for every mother, every baby, in every community.
In Christ, for Life,

Lauren Muzyka, Esq.
