Dear Friend of Life:
We are so thrilled and grateful to have had your prayerful support as we made our way both to the March for Life and Walk for Life West Coast the past couple weeks — the two biggest opportunities of the year to introduce our life-saving program to others!
Because of those two amazing trips, we now have greater opportunities to serve others in the mission God has given them to end abortion through the power of love in their local community. Thank you for praying us forward!
While there, we also had a little fun to put the pro-life message front and center in the media: We made marching signs with a play off a popular Presidential slogan, “Make Unborn Babies Great Again!”. (While our organization is strictly non-partisan, we utilized a little creative license because we knew it would be catchy!)
Even though we only made 150 of them, it just about went viral! Breitbartand The Daily Signal named the sign as one of the top ones at the March for Life, and The Washington Post had the sign as the cover of one of theirMarch for Life stories — unbelievable! (See http://sid

In summary, what a JOY to witness and march with over 100,000 of our best friends!

As we settle back into the swing of things and look forward to what else the Lord has in store for 2018, I humbly ask for your prayers: We’ll be doing more in-depth strategic planning for this year, looking to take this ministry further than we ever have before for God’s glory. There are some really exciting, life-saving plans in the works that I cannot write about now (hello, Planned Parenthood!), but trust us when we say we believe there are game-changers-in-the-making!
All in all, please pray that we honor God in all we do and put into action the best plans to help save the most lives possible for an end to abortion!

DEVOTIONAL (January 1 – 31, 2018): “Time and Revelation”

Verse(s): “Jesus went up the mountain and summoned those whom He wanted, and they came to Him. He appointed Twelve, whom He also named Apostles, that they might be with Him and He might send them forth to preach and to have authority to drive out demons.” — Mark 3:13
Reflection: Jesus is calling us. He is summoning you for some important work that He wants you to do.
When we go on to read the rest of the story, we see clearly that the disciples were first called to be with Him. That’s what all of us are called to above anything else. Every disciple who followed Jesus was called to “be with Him.” And when we’re with Him, He reveals to us very important things that we wouldn’t otherwise have the grace of knowing — things essential for our unique mission in life.
Quite often, He shows us the gifts that He has already given us: Some of us are given the gift of having big hearts with a special mission to care for others. Some are given the gifts of healing. Some can write well. Some are given the gift of boldness through speech.
Whatever the gift He’s given you, He now wants you to use it. He calls us to be with Him, find our gifts, and then GO OUT to “preach and have authority to drive out demons.” We are all called to go out, sharing the love that He’s given us, pushing back the darkness.
Faith Challenge: Spend time “with Him” this week, and ask Him what gifts He’s given you that you might not have uncovered until now. And then ask Him to show you how to use your gifts in a greater way to drive back the darkness and spread His glorious light.
